The Project Manager will direct the activities of implementing and delivering our solution and ensure that the company's products meet all reliability & quality management standards.

The experienced Project Manager will research, plan, develop and implement improved solution implemention methods, processes, tools, and metrics.

Candidates must meet the following qualification requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in banking or business, software engineering or computer science; advanced degree a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of wholesale banking requirements and implementing quality methodology's/standards, i.e., CMM, ISO9000, six sigma
• 5+ years experience in banking solution automation is required
• Prior experience with financial banking software or other financial applications highly desired.
• Must be able to work well in collaborative team environment.

You will assist VP (Product Development) to undertake applications development and implementation work for clients and for Company's own product development. You must possess a computer degree with at least 3 years Java experience in projects (from programming to architecting). Hands-on experiences in J2EE technologies: Servlet/JSP/EJB/JDBC/JNDI. Experience with Web Servers(Apache, iPlanet,) and Application Servers(Weblogic, iPlanet).

For project leader position: you should have at least 5 years working experiences and displayed leadership capabilities in addition to the above.

Applicants possessing the following skillset would be preferred: UML and OO modeling skills; J2ME, WAP, WML, PKI / e-commerce security, SMS.
